We will hold auditions for the Summer ’19 season on Saturday, April 6th, 2019. Adults and children (15 and under) are needed for shows throughout the summer.

Saturday, April 6th, 2019.
Children (15 and under) from 9am to 12pm ***kids must be signed up by 11am.
Adults 12pm to 3pm.
All auditionees must provide a resume with name, address, phone and email contact information, with a recent photograph. Snapshots are fine.
Children auditioning will be considered for a select number of roles in the season and also considered for the Mac-Haydn Children’s Theatre productions.
Adults will be considered for spots in the professional performing company for the full summer, as well as for roles or ensemble in one or more shows.

Prepare a song and bring music for it in your key; an accompanist will be provided. Adults will be asked for 16 bars of their song; children (15 and Under) should prepare a short song appropriate to their age and ability. There will also be a short dance/movement exercise.

- Pick a song that best shows off your voice, whether a ballad or up-tempo number.
- Please keep in mind that there are often overwhelming numbers of ballads.
- Consider the types of shows in the schedule and pick appropriate material.
- People who are primarily singers are not expected to be polished dancers, but do need to show their movement ability.
